Service Operations
Manager
Job Description: Service
Operations Manager for up to nine service technicians
(currently 7 on staff), two aftermarket salespeople,
one parts manager, one parts analyst, one warehouse
manager and one service dispatcher.
Job includes but is not limited to: All aspects of
operations management, directing and reporting activities,
customer support and site visits, letter writing, phone
and email communicait9on and coordination between suppliers,
customers and management.
Requirements: Must
be proficient with MS Office products, be a good communicator
and preferably have an understanding of physical plants,
have mechanical experience and be familiar with the
construction industry and trades. Must be willing to
learn the basics of our accounting software system
(Navision). Interpersonal relational skills and financial
skills are imperative and central to this position.
Travel outside SE lower Michigan is minimal.
Current Benefits: base
